update on Ada

She’s doing much better. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers, your good energy. The coughing spells are still scary when she loses her breath but they don’t come as often and all of us are getting a little more sleep.

I’m finishing up lunch on this show (Georgia O’Keefe) and just wanted to post this update. Now it’s back to work.

Here are some pics of the kids and their friends here at World College. Pictures by Logan Bunting-Mock.

I somehow missed your post about baby Ada. In Pennsylvania where I am from originally, there are lots of kids with whooping cough also. I hope sweet Ada feels better soon. It’s such a helpless feeling when our wee ones are sick. 😦

The pics are gorgeous…you have a way of portraying honesty in a simple yet profound way.

I hope Ada feels better ()-:)

I think you’d like the Wing Makers paintings…they are very vibrant, abstract with these funky symbols embedded within. Leaving the link in case you want to check it out…

Me and the kids are very happy to hear that Ada is doing so well…as is Broadus. What a time it has been for many of us! I smiled/cried at the memory of having to sit upright and sleep many nights myself…as you mentioned Naomi did as well with Ada…I understand that feeling of not wanting to let go of their little bodies and not wanting to fall asleep for fear of not hearing them have their coughing fits and make sure they take a breath…
Ada is simply breathtaking. A major kudos to you and Naomi for getting through this with such strength and grace.
I am inspired by you both in many ways.
Please let me know what I can do to help with the homeless shelter…
Blessings to you and your incredible family this time of Thanks…

So very glad that Ada fought her way through. That wise look I felt she had? It’s stronger now.

    These pictures are fantastic.
